General Question
posted by Srini @ Reenas Creations on 2007-10-16
I am an beginning Joomla Developer and look to you as an expert for some advice.

I have done a couple of sites and want to do more. In fact, I am considering quitting my day job to start web dev using Joomla and other cms/ecommerce packages. But I am not unsure the number of projects I can garner in a month/week.

Here's my questions and I WILL BE GRATEFUL if you can answer them.
1. Where do you get your customers from? Direct Sales (Cold calls, networking), joomlancers or other freelance sites, Referrals, Customers contacting you via your website or via the phone?

2. How much do you charge for a site on average? I know it depends on the complexity, but I am just looking for an avg. number.

3. What would be your advice to a beginning joomla entrepreneur like me?

Thanks
Srini
